My dharma (= my mission) is to inspire and improve lives by teaching to live mindfully and intentionally through the practice and teachings of yoga ... moving body, mind, and spirit... leading by example so that others can start their own journey towards improving their own life.
I want to help people feel loved and accepted as they are, I wanted them to feel part of a family, a community that embraces and accepts anyone wanting to be part of it in mutual respect, love, nurturing one another, and helping each other live a happier life.
My favorite quote from Gandhi is, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
