My dharma—my sacred purpose—is to empower women to live with greater calm, clarity, and intention through the teachings of yoga and mindful living. I believe that when we nurture the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart to the Creator, we begin to transform from within.
I guide women ages 45–65 who feel overwhelmed or spiritually disconnected to rediscover their inner calm, reconnect with their spiritual center, and create a more intentional life—one breath, one choice, one practice at a time.
At the heart of my work is a deep desire to help people feel loved, welcomed, and accepted exactly as they are. I strive to create a community that feels like family—warm, supportive, and rooted in mutual respect. A place where we nurture one another, grow together, and honor the sacred journey of becoming more peaceful, more present, and more ourselves.
One quote that continues to guide my life and my teaching is Gandhi’s timeless wisdom:
“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
I believe that inner calm creates outer calm. When one woman finds peace within herself, she becomes a gentle force of love and presence for everyone around her.
