I love helping people improve their physical body, mental body, and spiritual body with a yoga practice.

I help by leading and teaching yoga classes so that people can learn how to safely move their body, gain strength and flexibility, and overall feel better in their own skin.
I help students improve their breathing to increase prana, the life force within them.
Deep abdominal breathing encourages full oxygen exchange. It improves blood flow and increases your energy level. Deep breathing acts as a natural painkiller; it reduces inflammation, stimulates the lymphatic system, and improves digestion.
Meditation helps you reduce stress in your life and it controls anxiety. It promotes emotional health with improved self-image and a more positive outlook on life. It enhances self-awareness to help you become the best version of yourself.

I am passionate about physical exercise because it not only improves your body's condition, but it also enhances your brain function.
